At Aurelia Jewels, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

We currently ship within  Australia, and offer standard and express delivery options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details.
